Background of the business: 

BODY STATION BY RUHUNU FITNESS CENTER is a one owner business. The opportunity to play in the GYM after entering the membership is allowed. Here we can choose to package as appropriate. When a member gets a member membership, he/she will provide a member with a membership number to subscribe. Members will issue a bill after payment. The scheduler, which displays the way to play for members, is issued by the manager. In this GYM four instructors are work.

It Solution: 

In this case, we are going to use the It solution and want to include the information of the players. This system has been used by players to mark attendance. When a new player comes in, he or she joins the system. Then the payment is pay, and a bill is printed. In the case, the players keeps track of information separately. In this case, when considering one of the player, you can take off all the details.

    Ex:- 

•          His information( name, address, TP: ,e-mail ,sex, height, weight, Id no, etc… )
•          He was the date when he joined. 
•          Purchased package. 
•          His attendance. 
•          He has played the schedules. 
•          The date on which the membership expire etc 

Database approch:

Our proposed database system is a Gymnasium Management System. That provides to the user of the system an easy way of managing the activities of the Gymnasium.

 The administer (operator of the system) can enter the password and log in to system. Then he/she can manage members by adding, updating, viewing, deleting and searching their details. 

 The administer can manage instructor by adding, updating, viewing, deleting and searching their details.
 
The administer can make and arrange schedules. 

System operator can create and store diet planes according to member needs.
 
He can manage GYM packages easily. 

The administer can add payment details and view, updated, them easily and a bill should be issued to the members. 

He can manage items by adding, updating, viewing, deleting and searching. 

 System operator can manage supplements by adding, updating, viewing, deleting and searching. 

He can mark daily, member’s attendance.
